Vision
“To grow into an abode of learning accessible to the educationally, economically and socially marginalized sections of the Rajahmundry town and its adjacent villages.” The vision and mission of the Institution is to provide qualitative and relevant education to the students, especially belonging to the remote, poor and weaker sections of the area.

The Vision and Mission of the Institution is communicated to the students, staff and other stake holders by means of college website, pamphlets, prospectus students hand books, calendar, press, Watsapp messages and also by word of mouth.
The college is affiliated to Adikavi Nannaya University, Rajahmundry, w.e.f.2012-2013. The affiliating university prescribes syllabus which is set in tune with the needs of the present students. The departments in the College chalk out an annual curricular plan which is a guiding principle for teaching and learning process. The faculty is provided ‘On Duty’ facility when they attend orientation/refresher courses or trainings so as to keep themselves abreast of the contemporary developments in their respective subjects.
The college was started with three Under Graduate Courses i.e., B.A (History, Economics, Politics, and History, Politics , Special Telugu), B.Com., General, B.Sc., M.P.C., M.P.S., C.B.Z., M.E.S., Along with the conventional courses modern course like B.Sc. Computers Science ( M.P.Com & M.S Com) and B.Com Computer Applications are provided here.
Feedback on curriculum is collected from students and staff. With a view to developing awareness among students, issues like gender equality, eco-consciousness, human values, technical skills and community service are made a part of the academic transaction in the college. The College at the beginning of every academic year establishes a number of committees which oversee the academic transaction and other activities in and out of the campus. The Clubs/Cells established in the institution – Women Empowerment Cell, NSS, Eco Club, Red Ribbon Club, Y.R.C, Consumer Club, Career Guidance Cell, and Jawahar Knowledge Centre – organizing various and varied activities in order to realize their objectives.
